okay well..i think im a little over weight along the thigh area. ive been running twice a day ...once at school and once at home...but i still dont seem to loose any weight or get any skinnier. i DO eat like..healthy stuff but still i dunno...all these things arent working. maybe its just that i eat too much lol .. im happy with the way i am ..its not like oh i gained a pound omg omg omg..im like..totally fat or watever..i just wonna get into shape lol..
soo umm..do you guys have any exercising tips or stuff like that? thanks ![]() and sorry if theres something like this already hehehe.. ![]() |

yeah, swimming will slim your thighs like woah! :D
also, try doing that thing where you lay on one side (like the right side) of your stomach and lift your legs up and down. it'll make your butt perky and thighs skinnier. =) |
