okay well..i think im a little over weight along the thigh area. ive been running twice a day ...once at school and once at home...but i still dont seem to loose any weight or get any skinnier. i DO eat like..healthy stuff but still i dunno...all these things arent working. maybe its just that i eat too much lol .. im happy with the way i am ..its not like oh i gained a pound omg omg omg..im like..totally fat or watever..i just wonna get into shape lol..
soo umm..do you guys have any exercising tips or stuff like that? thanks ![]() and sorry if theres something like this already hehehe.. ![]() |

just keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat! i think that your running is doing good. i run about 3 miles a day just to keep in shape between all the sports. running for a longer period of time helps. if you also stretch & lift weights that would help. if you want to know some good exercises you can do, just PM me. i'll be glad to help you!
