Whether it is sports or studying or whatever, what do you think of that makes you push for that extra 5 minutes or however long it is. I think of my best friend and how she died and I just get so mad and I just get an adrenaline boost whenever I think of that.

For guitar, I just think about my favorite bands and how I want to be just like them someday. That makes me learn more and practice more.
