theres so many types of carry...
i put 90+ thingy or watever.... but next time be specific... cuz iono what are you talking about it could be bench, or squat, or curls, dumbell,s pecfly, lat pull, tripept pull,.. it can be anyof those.. haha or even a piggyback ride.. |

There really are a lot of types of weight-lifting though. If ur talking about dumbbells then i can do 20-25, but if its sumthing like squats, then i put on about 165-180 lbs. |
