Over paid athletes, are they making to much?

Do you think that athletes are payed to much money?

Im sort of back and forth on the issue. They do have a lot hard work to do but I dont think it requires a 10 million dollar salery.

It depends on the situation and the player himself. For example Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady are two overplayed players on my list. They have even made statements that they slack off in a actual game and are just drawing a paycheck. On the otherhand, you take someone like Michael Jordan who has proper work ethics and you will say no he is not overpayed.

For the most part the players are overpayed though. None of the players in sports really care if they win or lose just as long as they get a paycheck. Tell me would you want to pay money just to see someone slackoff and make more money in one night than you do in a whole year.

then tell me why the NBA/NFL/MLB still gets sold out arenas and good ratings on television...
