How do you look for a specific file on your computer? I know the adress. It starts with C:\Documents and Settings/Owner.... but how do I get to it on my computer?

press the WINDOW button (one with the windows logo on it) + E
which opens the windows explorer, you can then either:

1. if you have the full path, copy it and paste it in the address bar.
2. go to C:\ and look for Documents and Setting folder like the path says oO;

cant understand what you mean by how to find it, if it's a folder that doesn't seem to exist, go to Tools -> Folder Options in windows explorer. under VIEW tab, there's a Files and Folders, then under there Hidden Files and FOlders, check SHOW HIDDEN FILES.
