layout/code issues, blog and bg Options

cant seem to get the blog onto the bg area =T im pretty sure some other people had this problem too. looked through them and tried all of the solutions, eh. but it doesn't work >_< i think the img src is supposed to be for a banner not a bg cause its acting like a banner thing// i hope i used the codebox right =T
