Who else gets annoyed with that stupid warning? I can reply to heck of a lot of topics in 30 seconds! It is esp. annoying when one is browsing thru the topics and cannot post because of the control.
Anyone else want to get rid of it, yes I know that it is highly doubtful  but hell, at least lower the #of seconds. |

it's supposed to decrease spam..because if you are intentionally spamming..they typically arn't very pantient. and they could get a whole lot done in 20 seconds. anyway..i dont have it =X
