I was listening to Jay-Z's Ain't No N***a the other night and there was a part in the song where Jay says something about him being half black and filipino

Does anyone know for sure that he is pinoy?

Enrique Iglesias is half filipino.

Kelis has some Chinese blood in her too.

You're not gonna find any stuff about Jay-Z in there, but there's lots of stuff out there (especially in the YW forums) talking about how Chingy is Chinese and Jay-Z is filipino.
