I felt really bad the other day when I went to my friends house and her mother offered me dinner. Well when i got to the table i picked up the fork and started eating...
 . Everyone looked at me and her mother told me that it was rude... i felt really bad because i didnt know why and then she told me to put the fork down and pray. Then her dad started to say a prayer. I was like omg i'm such an idiot. I wasn't used to praying before each dinner. I only pary on thanksgiving or christmas...how many of you actually pray before eating dinner?

our family isn't religious, so we basically dig in. but some of my other friends' families do pray before eating, so I always wait until someone starts eating, then I follow along=)
