Are you wiht graffiti?, do you take it as art or as crime?

Most of the time I think it's a crime.. Other times when I KNOW it's legal, it's not. It's legal if it look slike the building or wall was grafiti-fied in a way that sends a message or something.. It looks more like art, rather than something done really quick and messy. I see a lot of the quick and messy stuff, and IMO, it's lame, no offense to anyone who does it. I'm sick of having to see people writing "blah blah blah gang" and stuff like that on walls. I feel sorry for this one truck that got tagged up and repainted then tagged up again.
Only to a certain extent, would I consider it as art. Now, if the person DREW something and wrote stuff in graffitti-style on a paper or a poster, I think that's art becuase they're expressing themselves and not damaging property. |
