The fundamental principles of a correctional institution are set up well but, some criminals go in bad and come out worse. Then again, some go in, get 'turned out,' find religion, or enlighten themselves and when they're released, they become good little citizens. I've known a few people who've been locked up, and once they were let out, they were back on the streets doing the same shit they did before. Hmm, good topic. |
