Oh, har. o.o I didn't know which one you meant.. so I closed the other one, but the title is self explanitory.
Okay um.. in the background layer, press ctrl + a > edit > stroke > and pick the color you want, pick the pixels, then make sure the dot's on inside, and press okay. :] what happened to the other topic?
