There was no off switch so the only way to keep it quiet was to wrap it in a blanket and keep it in a dark closet. Eventually it would still sense some light and you'd hear the desperate, muffled Furbish screaming. Maybe they've added an off switch for the non-sadists. I had a Furby baby. I thought it was really cute. My cousin had one too, with the color that I wanted.. and we made ours talk. With eachother.
It was funny because in the beginning, you get program it with your voice telling it that you were either a MAMA or a DADA, and my cousin didn't know and programmed hers to call her "DADA" and it was hilarious. FURBY BABY. Not Furby. |
