I've heard it's the adrenaline rush. ... And, when you're mad, do you like to clench your teeth? Try doing that when you're happy. Hurts more, doesn't it? There is something about the way pain lets out anger in certain ways that satisfies certain people, however wrong it is.
I've known people who have cut themselves who can't stand to look at the scars because they regret what they did. The real meaning of "scarred for life." |
