:( Yea... umm my code thing is:

I know that that is supposed 2 move the blog, but when I insert it in, the blog appears under the picture. Iono y and i've read both tutorials like 5x over to see what I missed... Yea... can anyone help me figure out why that moves my background, not my blog? C it at Here Yea... :P Also, i have 2 scroll bars :P Thanks in advance
