i just finished making my movie, and i uploaded it and i have an URL, how do I put it on my xanga entry or forum??

thank you very much, but.. how come when i put it up there, the video won't play and the loading bar says "error (or something similar)"??
i think there's something wrong with my layout, what should i do? |
