I was just wondering..is "ill" good or bad? Like if someone says something is ill, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

^^ Yes, but the term 'ill' in that situation isn't slang.
It's like saying, "Yo, that jacket is tight, son!" But that doesn't mean it's actually not fitting, but that it's cool, or 'ill'.  |
