A little help? Options

Hey all. I'm new at making skins. I don't mean to be a bother, but I'm having some trouble. I've made a skin via photoshop, I've image mapped it, and I've figure out how large I want the blog itself... but, the blog shows up underneath the actual skin, as if it were just an image. And I've hosted the image on all three suggested hosting sites, and on all three, the image doesn't show up. I'm kinda stuck, and I'm not sure where to go... If anyone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

It should look like that....... -shrug- I looked at the image and guessed the numbers, assuming you want it centered. >.o They're probably way off..... You can edit those yourself by changing the numbers though...... =S
