prom is coming up and i've been asked to prom by a friend of mine. i accepted but she wasn't the one i wanted to go with because i have someone i really like. i'm someone who can't say no for my life so that's why i said yes- anyways, the girl that i like rejected a few people (which were like the school pervs) and she was afraid that she was going to be dateless so i asked one of my friends to ask her to prom because i wanted her to have a date and a good time y'know. call me selfish if you want but if i could have it my way- i'd much rather see her go alone than with one of my friends because i dont think i could really take seeing her dancing with one of my friends but i dont wanna ruin her first prom night and i dont wanna hurt my friend's feelings because he's someone who isn't really a "popular guy" in our school but he's probably the best choice out of everyone left... i trust him with my life but this whole ordeal is killing me inside- any advice? did i do the right thing?

your a good friend but i think u did urself wrong. I mean if u really wanted her u should have asked her to the prom before anyone else got a chance. shy? i think not it was worth a chance. and now if she says yes to ur friend its too late!
What you should do now is try to "clean" everything up. Tell her your feeling and why ur going w. this other grl other then her n that u wanted to go w. her. n if she thinks ur wierd after that? she prob wasnt worth it in the first place anyway. By the way something i picked up from a mere stranger ----->"If u like it say u want it and go for it! if u dont like it jus say NO!" |
