my ex bf lives in RI and im here in Pa and im not suppose to call him. If he calls me on my cell phone will it show up on my bill? will they be able to tell if he called?

ok thanks..someone told me that you have to be 18 to buy a pre-paid because it will be put in your name or something I dunno but i was told you have to be 18
