chopsticks rock. i tell ppl to hold them like you were holding 2 pencils.
chinese ppl know how to eat with forks and stuff! we just wanna eat sophisticated.

Sometimes they have forks, it really depends. At this one vietnamese resturant I ate at, they only had chopsticks, and you had to ASK for a spoon for noodles. At another, I ordered this dish called com tam (steamed-broken rice) and they gave me a fork. I guessing because that dish had food that required eating with forks.
