you know when u take a picture of someone whos moving really fast...its like a picture...and then it starts blurring at the end..and then there blurry lines coming out of them....heh..yeh..how do u do that on photoshop....like....
_o =0 <-person w/ blurry speed lines coming out =o kinda like that.....or...this ...like...blurry..speedish thingy and what exactly is gaussian blur? i do it and i dont see any dif in the pics.. |
