ARRRRRGGGHHHH !! im on my rag right now, & i got cramps. what can i do to make them go away, other than motrin or tylenol? iiimmm suffering.

Hmm..i heard chocolate helps out but i havent tested that yet...i usually lay on the couch...and put the magic bag on me ( a warm sac of sand of some sort) and that helps me out greatly. See ya!
