Braces, Things Keep Getting Stuck |

I got braces for quite awhile now, things keep getting stuck. REally annoying, does anyone have any suggestions of how to get rid of the food that stucks aside from brushing teeth?
 ( i hope this wasnt a topic started already i ran it through the search )

Not only do I have braces, I have a quad and a lip bumper! A quad is at the roof of my mouth! IVE HAD IT IN SINCE JANUAWRY AND AM GONNA HAV IT FOR A YEAR
 !!!!!!!! The lip bumper makes my bottom lip stik out so I'm always doin the puppy pout! My friends always make fun of me....   o well. It stinx though W/E!
