Cause I tried eatting when I'm hungry (only a bit) to increase my metabolism so i would lose weight FAST. It doesn't seem to be working. Maybe just a lil cause to those people i havent seen in a while, they said i lost weight but I doubt it's because of the diet. I think it's because of school. School makes me walk 40 minutes a day to and from school.

In order to get a faster metabolism, you have to eat when you're hungry...if you try to starve yourself, your metabolism will slow down. And if you excercise it will speed it up. But some people are just born with fast metabolisms, lol lucky them!
