Braces, Things Keep Getting Stuck |

I got braces for quite awhile now, things keep getting stuck. REally annoying, does anyone have any suggestions of how to get rid of the food that stucks aside from brushing teeth?
 ( i hope this wasnt a topic started already i ran it through the search )

yeah, i should know
i've had braces two times, and for five years now (yes, i am aware that my teeth are horrible.) what i do is, after lunch i just run to a nearby bathroom to rinse out my mouth, cuz yeah, all five years i have had braces, i never brushed my teeth at school. heh. |
