Cause I tried eatting when I'm hungry (only a bit) to increase my metabolism so i would lose weight FAST. It doesn't seem to be working. Maybe just a lil cause to those people i havent seen in a while, they said i lost weight but I doubt it's because of the diet. I think it's because of school. School makes me walk 40 minutes a day to and from school.

You can MOMENTARILY increase it greatly by doing an exercise like using a spin bike. For the next few hours anything you eat afterwards will be used quickly (my gym teacher told me
 )
