Cutting, I`ve heard, only saying secondhand, makes you feel better, because it makes it like you can control your pain.

i honestly have no idea...
once my boyfriend and i were fighting and i was really upset, my tooth was loose and hurt like hell whenever i touched it. so i was like hmm let me try this...it didn't do sh*t for me, i was still hurt inside and my tooth was killing me too it didn't help me deal with emotion, everything just hurt twice as much
