ARRRRRGGGHHHH !! im on my rag right now, & i got cramps. what can i do to make them go away, other than motrin or tylenol? iiimmm suffering.

ugh periods suck so much hairy wrinkly ass
 wen i have cramps, i usually jus lie in bed n curl up in a ball...so im layin on my side n my knees r kinda lyk near my chest... i get back aches too...iono wat ta do bout them
