ARRRRRGGGHHHH !! im on my rag right now, & i got cramps. what can i do to make them go away, other than motrin or tylenol? iiimmm suffering.

walk around for a lil and then take a nice long relaxing warm bath, works for me! but ya i hate cramps, especially when ur in school o boy it sucks.
