i have a friend n she likes this guy a lot and he likes her BUT he doesnt wanna start n e thing with her cuz he wants to see wats out there first bfore he gets into a relationship. i know that she should lay back until he's ready for a relationship but she wants to win his heart. the only question is how? im so bad at these things so i didnt wanna tell her wat to do. but for now i told her to not bother him n act only like a friend n not like a girlfriend cuz they act like a couple but they're not. so...any suggestions?

I agree with SimplicityGirl. If he doesn't want to start a relationship, respect the decision. Sometimes when a girl goes after the guy it doesn't end up that well, but of course, it depends on the people involved. Guys like initiating, most of the time, so let him do the asking out/pursuing.
