How do u get a girl who is a grade above u to like u?????cuz right now it seems really hopeless but i really like her but i dont think she likes me in da same way........please help me out, im desperate

My friend is in my grade, and the girl he likes is one grade higher, but if you met them, you wouldn't notice because my friend is pretty mature and he doesn't look that young. I don't know if that's the case with you.
