help wit semi-transparant stuff

uhHm.. i used the code for getting w/e semi -transparent but when i used it it just put a box on teh bottomo of my xanga that was semi-transparent nd i cnt seem to get it for the blogs .. etc.. can sumone help mee? ..haha or do it for me?? thnxies

justa change the # where it says "opacity" and change the "background-color" to whatever you want. this will box your xanga though. this is what krnxswat gave me. i think boxing your xanga is the only way. don't take my word for it shifty.gif
