How do u get a girl who is a grade above u to like u?????cuz right now it seems really hopeless but i really like her but i dont think she likes me in da same way........please help me out, im desperate

be mature, but being really sweet (like babyish... in a way) is REALLY cute also
 and funny always works... but also be yourself. it's obvious when you're trying too hard
