ARRRRRGGGHHHH !! im on my rag right now, & i got cramps. what can i do to make them go away, other than motrin or tylenol? iiimmm suffering.

i don't know. i really don't treat my period with anything. but i heard that drinking warm stuff + takin a warm/hot water bath would help cool down your cramps. or you could eat some fruits. =)
