i have been using psp9 for a while and have been trying to blend images. but it does not seem to be working for me. so would photoshop be better? or should i practice more?.

well paint shop pro is way easier to use than photoshop but then photoshop has more tools... photoshop is mostly used for more harder stuff which i recommend but i have both
