I like this guy named J.T right and Im afraid to ask him out because he might say no and that would really make me sad. I dont know what to do. Any opinions?

alright well I asked him and he said no....and Im kinda upset because not I think that he thinks Im ugly and fat because idk why he wont go out with me...how do I make him like me and go out with me?
