ok, I think this guy likes me, and I think I may like him back, I just don't know how to tell him, I would ask my best friend but, like many other people she's teasing that we should date and stuff, since hes a goof guy they think hes not good dating material, and hes not really "hot" so they say "ew" though I think hes a great guy, but I just don't want to ruin our friendship by asking him, and if our friendship got messed up then lots of people would feel weird since we basically share the same friends, and if we were to end up dating I know my friends would always tease and that can be a pain (I know I shouldn't worry what others think, but still)...
hm, I'm just not sure if I should tell him and risk him not liking me and then our friendship being a little weird, and if I do ask, I just don't know how, argh, help?

Talk to him about it. Just open up, I know there's something on the tip of your tongue that you wish you could say, everytime you see him; just say those phrases you have wanted to tell him. You can't ruin a relationship by opening up, but by engaging and ending a deeper one.
