um ok well i need help ok well im wondering how ppl make glowing images like this http://www.carrielynnesworld.com/main.html to look at it go to the side and you'll see glow sigs and click that to see the example and i was wondering how to make that
 plz reply if u know how to thnk you to all that do

thnks for that reply put i only have psp8 and the one that i was looking for is for photoshop but thnks anyway
