I have this very strong belief that your true love is your first and only love and that is who you will spend the rest of your days with (granted you ever fall in love or if things work out like you'd like them).
Love at first sight? Yes. High school sweethearts getting married- My grandparents got married at 18 and my grandmother just passed away 3 years ago. Til death... I'm 17 years old and I believe that I can meet my wife, the girl of my dreams, my soulmate, my yang, etc. tomorrow and, through good times and bad, live a life of happiness. You pessimists will get a good kick out of sh*tting all over my "hopelessly pathetic" idea of love, but it's just something that I believe to be true. |

If you've ever seen Friends, there's this one episode when Chandler and Monica talk about fate. Monica said something along the lines of "I don't believe in fate. I believe that there are certain people in this world that work better with other people, have personalities that are more compatible, but I don't think there is this one person for everyone." I have the same feelings.
