every time ive ever tried to get a custom cursor on my site, none of them have worked. is there some code that doesnt enable those custom cursors to work? even when i had a custom HTML layout with a cursor as part of the layout it didnt work. please help.

yeah i know thats where i got it but it wont work. Am i supposed to put it before or after something in my webstats?
