K. I got into it w/ my aunt again. I took off and now i'm at home. she bought me my car. that means she could take it away right? I really don't know if she could kick me out of the house b/c she is also my legal guardian.. does ne one know legal stuff....I don't know what to do.
I mean, we fight constantly and I absolutely can't stand her. This woman is crazy she even tried to strangle me when I was younger. I'm 17, I think that's legal to move out..

advices appreciated.

YOu can move out when your 17, fault is that you and your aunt have to fill out a bunch of papers and all that bullshit about security blah blah blah. When you become 18 you can jet it outta there without doing anything.

Who is the car registered too? Have insurance? If its to you then she can't do a thing.

Tried strangling you when you were younger? My dad tries hitting me now, he did once but I punched him back, now its just a bunch of threats =/ anyway, yeah, call the police or something if she resorts back to that.

Yeah, we still git physical every now and then b/c shes crazy but if i call the cops they won't do nothing until I have injuries...*sigh* The car's registered to this other aunt whom it used to belong to. Yes i have insurance also under my other aunts name.. I understand there's one more year til I'm legal but I mean, I just can't take it, it's torturing me. Well, even if she can't do a thing cuz it's not under her name (the car) she'll literally wrestle me for the keys.

She gets off work at around 10 pm tonight...

again, thanks for everyone's advices, I truly appreciate it.

She has no right to do that. Even if she did buy it its not hers, its yours... not your aunts, yours.

If I were you I would just cheest it before she gets home and stay with a friend.

Alas, if she looks for you and doesnt know where you are and calls the police and after 24 hours the police finds out where you are your friends parents can get arrested or fined for harboring. I myself would take the chance but I highly advise you not to xD

Honestly, I don't think there isn't much you can do unless you both agree to fill out a shit load of papers and have her buy you the house under her name until you are legally 18.. and yeah

^^

if its complicatede, all the more reason to sek outside elp. to an objective outsider, a sloution may appear more obviuos, and they can sort it out. there are people who deal with this kind of thing everyday. child-help for instance. try them, they'll give you much better advice than we can

^^Yeah, what he said
