when i shave, my skin is all like bumpy...and rough. i put lotion on after i shave, and it helps a little, but not much...there are some girls at my school who look like they have no hair at ALL on their skin...and it looks really smooth. mine is all bumpy and ahh...its annoying.
 anyway to make it smooth..?

use that shaving gel stuff (i think it's called skintimate) for your legs. it works
 you usually get less bumps, but i'd do that ^ to get rid of them completely
