i have a question to ask. if ur boyfriend tells u to just be really good friends and then says "no u didnt get dump, i just need some time off to focus on my studies" so does that mean hes still my boyfriend?

yeah it might mean that he's your ex or it could mean that he just wants to take a break for awhile.
