is it true that they changed the law in cali so now people can't get their license 'til theyre 18? hope it's not true. oof.

Otherwise my drifving instructor would tell me about it. Anyway, you CAN get your license when you're 18, where you just take the WRITTEN test and then get your license. It's a done deal, but you'd have to learn to drive all by yourself. I guess it's somewhat easier..  But yea I don't think they would change it to 18 because if you turn 18 and never EVER got a permit nor taken the classes, then there would be no point in having a permit and wating... -_- You know what I mean?
