After 8 years of wearing glasses, I decided to make the switch to Contacts yesterday, problem is that I'm having one hell of a time trying to get them in! It takes me so long! I don't have any problems touching my eyes, but it just seems like they don't want to stay in. I mean we're talking 15-30 minutes to get ONE in. I love them, but did any of you who wear contacts have this much trouble in the beginning?

That's okay.. the first day it took me almost half an hour to get it in!
 That was when I was putting on my first ever pair of contacts. But then afterwards it only took me about 1-2 minutes lol. But even so, I still can't put them in quick or anything lol They hurt my eyes so much! After a while I get used to the pain... lol.Make sure you open your eye as wide as you can. Keep your lids from closing by using your fingers on your extra hand. Don't blink your anything until you look in the mirror and see that the contact has fully overlapped your eye. |
