Well, I've been running 3 or 4 times a week since January and I still have a big blob of fat that is grabbable. It's just not going away and its making me mad. I run for crew (rowing) and we run for 30-40 minutes depending on the coaches mood. Well, I'll give my workout plan just in case
Stretch for 10 minutes Run 30-40 minutes Wall Sits usually 4x2 minutes Pull Ups 3 Time Max +1 Sit Ups 5x25 Bench Pulls 4x2 minutes Of course I skipped a few practices here or there, but I've been doing that for the past 3 months and I can still grab a big thing of fat on my stomach. The weight thing doesn't concern me, but it's just the visible fat >.<. So, any ideas on what I'm doing wrong or anyway to get rid of that fat? |

mostly people have been giving good advice. if anything, i'd suggest to have at least 5-7 small meals a day, and that includes breakfest, lunch and dinner. Those small meals in between the main courses helps your muslces and cells stay alive and healthy. Doing cardiovascular exercise will ONLY and I am SERIOUS here, will ONLY remove the fat. Eating carbs turns to sugar and can turn to fat if you are NOT working out, which obviously you are. I'd suggest doing more cardiovascular exercise: running, cycling, swimming, roller blading, etc. Getting your heart pumping gets your metabolism going which helps burn fat. However, how old are you? this can be a major factor in your body and what's going on.
