I sort of have trouble keepin myself away from food..I've noticed I've got a little bit fatter, what can i do??

haha...i dont think anyone can refain from eatinggg...i love eating
 i found out that by working out you can keep your weight under control...and since im a lazy bum i joined a rowing (crew) team to help me stay active  oh and maybe try eating healthyy
