i do not compare my car to evo's or other popcorn machines in terms of power/weight ratio as it is irrelevant. i compare my car to other ppl who race their Lexus IS300's (2 of which i have smoked badly), i owned a supercharged Ford F-150, i owned a Lexus SC430, those type of things. One guy in a Civic Si thought his stock VTEC could beat mine so i raced him. Needless to say he had me til 20mph, and once the northstar V8 does its thing over 4500rpm, he sees the side mirrors..... shouldve seen the look on that kids face LMFAO priceless. Then he did a fly-by once i let off like a sore loser.
an evo, even stock would beat my car badly. I think my car looks better than an Evo. Sport Compacts never appealed to me and i am domestic mustang/camaro kinda guy. I wouldve had gotten that 2001 Mustang GT convertible if it wasnt for the dead auto trans. btw convert that to horsepower and torque in US spec. i dont want to be reading newton meter. thanks |
